It's simple...
SUBMIT A PHOTO of their Baby to be eligible to win WIN GREAT PRIZES! All the Babies will also be printed & featured in the Post Bulletin on February 18th 2013!
Photos must be submitted before Friday, January 28th 2013 at 11:59 PM to be eligible to win.
If you are submitting a photo there is a choice between two price points. For $25, your baby's (smaller) photo, birth date and submitted by information will be printed in the February 18th edition of the Post Bulletin. For $40, you will get a Large photo, all the previous information will be included along with the baby's Likes, Dislikes and nickname. Please be cognizant of the information required when filling out the submission form.
The Voting Period will begin February 18th and last until March 1st, 2013 at 5:00 PM. Encourage your friends and family to view entries and VOTE for their favorite Baby up until Friday, March 1st, 2013 at 5:00 PM. Each person gets 3 votes per day for the duration of the Voting Period.
Please do not create multiple email accounts to pad your photo's votes. Those caught doing so will be disqualified.
NOTE: Last year, winning babies were awarded Savings Bonds for prizes, but Bonds are no longer available for purchase.
The winning photos will be the photos receiving the first, second and third highest total votes (see official rules for more info).
